Contact-rich manipulation benefits from tactile feedback that captures both detailed contact geometry and interaction forces. When scooping grains, contact patterns help infer spoon orientation, while resistance transmitted through the grasp guides motion. To provide these complementary sensing capabilities, we present PanoTac, a low-cost, compliant tactile fingertip designed for dense three-axis tactile sensing. Each fingertip provides a $12 \times 32 \times 3$ tactile representation, with one normal ($z$) and two shear ($x$, $y$) response components at each taxel. The sensor operates at 60 Hz and costs less than $50 per fingertip. Sensor characterization quantifies response repeatability and consistency across sensor instances and contact locations. We integrate PanoTac into a robotic system with a visuo-tactile pipeline. Across test-tube preparation, grain scooping, and salt pouring, the resulting policies outperform vision-only baselines by an average of 46.7 percentage points. Ablations show that removing either spatial contact information or shear feedback reduces overall performance across the task suite. Our project page is available at https://panotac.github.io.

Planning with world models enables test-time adaptation for embodied agents, offering superior generalization over direct policy learning. However, long-horizon tasks remain hindered by cumulative errors and search complexity. Existing hierarchical methods often use rigid macro-actions or latent skills, leading to brittle representations and limited fine-grained control. We introduce ID-WM (Implicit Dynamics World Models), a hierarchical world model that decouples state-space reachability from local control. Our framework utilizes a high-level model to sample feasible transitions across the state manifold and a low-level world model as an inverse dynamics solver to ground these transitions into precise actions. This allows the planner to identify reachable subgoals without being constrained by low-level execution details. By prioritizing local physical feasibility over global behavioral patterns, ID-WM synthesizes novel long-horizon plans from short segments, transcending the specific behavioral modes seen during training. We demonstrate its effectiveness across three navigation and manipulation suites, achieving a 38.5% improvement over state-of-the-art policy and diffusion-based planners. Crucially, by leveraging this hierarchical structure to mitigate compounding errors, our approach yields a 135% performance gain over single-level world model MPC, particularly in complex, unseen configurations for long-horizon tasks. Current recipes for robot learning require massive amounts of robot demonstrations to obtain robust and adaptive policies. In this work, we introduce Steertuning, a system that enables robots to learn new tasks in new environments from 5 human demonstrations in under 5 Steertuning consists of two parts. (1) We pretrain a 400M-parameter diffusion policy on our egocentric human dataset, which consists of 100 hours of densely annotated random interactions. This pretraining makes Steertuning robust to background differences and enables spatial and object generalization when deployed on new tasks. (2) Given 5 demonstrations of a new task, we finetune our model for only 2 minutes (2000 training updates) and steer the policy's actions during reverse sampling using the demonstration whose observation is closest to that of the deployment environment. Together with a carefully designed data processing pipeline for embodiment transfer, this enables Steertuning to achieve a 71% success rate across 12 tasks in 12 new environments, ranging from lab settings to kitchens in new homes. The entire process, from data collection for a new task to robot policy deployment, takes less than 5 minutes. Our full dataset, model weights, codebase, and robot videos will be made available at our website: https://steertuning.github.io.
